Parent-managed participation
E.I.A. is a Christmas-themed family activity service for children ages 5–10. A parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older must create and manage the parent account, review notices, give required consent, make purchases and supervise offline activities.
Membership and renewal
Junior membership is $19.99 per year for one child. Family membership is $39.99 per year for up to four children. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and the total are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew annually until canceled. Completing checkout authorizes the recurring charges disclosed there. Cancel renewal through Parent Headquarters → Manage billing & renewal before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation preserves access through the paid subscription period.
Private tester coupon
When offered, the private 100% tester discount applies to the first annual invoice only. It does not make future annual renewals free. A payment method can still be collected for later billing. Unless canceled, the subscription renews at the disclosed annual plan price plus applicable tax. The checkout summary and offer restrictions apply. A sandbox test uses simulated billing and does not charge a real card.
Account activation
A saved signup, confirmed account email or unfinished checkout does not activate membership. E.I.A. must verify the completed payment or approved discounted checkout and subscription dates. Parental consent is a separate requirement for child access. Contact support before purchasing again if payment succeeded but access is missing.
Refunds and failed payments
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. You can request a refund within seven days of the initial payment or annual renewal. A successful refund ends paid access immediately. Failed or overdue payments can pause access until resolved. Parent login remains available for billing and support.
Family responsibilities
Keep parent credentials and Agent Codes private. Do not share membership outside your household or exceed your plan's child limit. Tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Parents supervise baking, food preparation, crafts, tools and outdoor activities and adapt activities for allergies, abilities and local conditions.
Content and appropriate use
Stories, artwork, characters, games and printables are provided for personal household use during eligible membership. You may print materials offered for printing. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, commercially exploit site content or bypass access controls. Project submissions and child Gazette publication are not available.
Private messages must not contain abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful or infringing material. Do not impersonate another person, attack the service or attempt to access another family's information. We may restrict access as reasonably needed to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Availability and changes
Family testing can reveal errors. Activities and seasonal content may change; we do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular educational outcome. We will notify parents of material billing or policy changes as required. Changes will not retroactively remove an earned refund right. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
